Nebraska Housing Developers received the First Down funding from FHLB of Topeka. This additional closing cost assistance pool has an increased per household assistance of up to $6,000. First Down’s funds are available to qualifying households and homes across Nebraska residing in the counties of Dawes, Box Butte, Sheridan, Sioux and Morrill
