Closing Cost Assistance, Now Available!

High Plains CDC is excited to announce: “Closing Cost Assistance- provided by funding from the 2024 FNBO Impact Grant,” is being made available to a limited number of qualifying home purchases at or below 100% program AMI. If you are interested in receiving more information, or an application to be considered for funding, click the ‘green button’ above to be emailed by our housing counselor. Applications will be administered/received on a first come first serve basis. Clients approved at 80% AMI or below receive program funding priority.

High Plains Community Development Corporation has been a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Center since 2000.
