Monday December 5th, 2022- Two, brand new fabricated houses by Family Built Homes, placed on their foundation on the north side of Chadron, Nebraska. Project made possible by funding from Department of Economic Development (DED).

About Us

High Plains Community Development Corporation has been a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Center since 2000. The services we provide help many throughout the community become a more educated homeowner or renter, while also funding efforts to expand, rehabilitate, and develop new housing opportunities for the same community.
