High Plains is delighted to announce that we were awarded a Closing Cost Assistance Grant from Nebraska Department of Economic Development. Over the next two years we will fund up to $5000 to a minimum of 18 households who qualify by income in the counties of Dawes, Box Butte, Sheridan, Sioux and Morrill.
